Talat Mai Market, also known as “New Market,” is a Chinese market full of dried goods, ginseng roots, fish heads, seasonings, spices, and sauces. Most of the market is dedicated to cooking ingredients, but the northern section (Soi 21 Charoen Krung) is known for selling incense, paper effigies, and ceremonial sweets.
