Open since 2011, Devilish, as the name suggests serves dishes that are simply devilish, with robust earthy flavours influenced by the BBQ in the open kitchen .. our dishes are spiced, aromatic and full flavoured .. our dessert rich .. and we smoke our ribs, chicken and salmon in-house. In a traditional bistro setting, diners are taken on a journey as they peruse the Wine Miscellany, a collection of wines from all over the world; the Beer Treasury which opens the world to the hidden beer treasures from across Europe, Australia and Asia; while the Devilish Dessert Studio is the place made of dreams. Fine accompaniments include coffee from South America and Ethiopia, fresh tropical fruit blends and smoothies. The menu is all about experimentation, built around foods that are simple…its the place for food enthusiasts to share and experience the gourmet BBQ in good company…surrounded by wines, beers and fresh coffee…in an ambiance that is eco-chic, a new take on the traditional, intimate, bistro, vibrant outdoor terrace and soothing garden terrace. Ingredients highlight a selection of imported grain fed beef from Australia, New Zealand Lamb, dairy from one of Thailand’s finest dairy and cheese-makers and fruits and vegetables from local markets bough fresh daily. Devilish recommendations include pizza cooked on the BBQ, kebabs, BBQ ribs, steaks and seafood, fish and chips, home-style Italian dishes and pastas, artistic Thai blends, cheese board, and even fruit desserts that are cooked on the BBQ.
Open for coffee and dessert throughout noon to midnight; the BBQ fires up between 17.00 until close.
