The head chef is the highly regarded Satjar Thongsrikaew. With over twenty years of cooking experience, he is responsible for creating all of Medinii’s signature dishes. Taking influence from classic Italian flavors and recipes, Satjar draws inspiration from his most influential chef, Thomas Keller.
Popular dishes include the Australian Lamb Shank, served with mash potato and steamed vegetables and the Angus Beef rib Eye with roasted potato, herbs and bernaise sauce. The unlimited pasta menu consists of a variety of flavourful recipes including ‘chicken breast with onion cream sauce‘ and the Italian favourite – Pasta Carbonara.
